DR was in search of a competition-based reality format that revolved around cultural skills and craftsmanship. from this pitch brief, the concept of ‘Master Photographer of the Year’ was conceived. five courageous aspiring photographers would compete against each other and themselves in an attempt to become the master photographer of the year.
We drew significantly from our experience at the art school Fatamorgana, where a masterclass by a renowned photographer served as the framework for the subsequent workshop.
